I looked up AAIR and it looks like your stock has come down from $4-5/ share to $1.75ish per share in the past year. Also, Avantair has yet to report a profit (which could be all accounting tricks), and there is not much cash at hand. I understand that the 45th plane sold will start to generate revenue from what I have read.

My question is: How do you employees think things are going? Do you have a fear that you won't be around in a year or two, or do you think this is pretty stable?

They'll be around. Worst comes to worst, some investors will come in and fork over some cash. Look at how long Flight Options was supposed to die. Just when they were about gone, another investor would come in and bail them out.

As an FO, I heard they won't let you fly the airplane until you have like 125 hrs. in type, and after that you can't fly with PAX on board? My question, is this true and if so, how much hands on flying does an FO actually do then??

as an FO you can fly dead legs from day one. Almost half of our flights are empty so you get plenty of time. Before 125 you have restrictions for weather and wind like your on high mins where the capt will fly it. I wasnt bothered by the rule it was no big deal, it is more fun flying the dead legs anyways.

As far as our satbility. I have not picked up any nerves coming from the high ups. All seems normal and we havent broken a profit as far as gaap acounting rules which are very goofy and complicated. I bet straight cash flow wise we are probably at least breaking even

But like always it is aviation........... but I think we would be bought or invested in before we went anywhere. This product is perfect for the enviroment right now.
