My last company was bought out by FlightWorks and, even though our ops were completely separate, I learned quite a bit about the company. I heard that they were given 5 hard days off a month, but that they could/would ask you to work your days off. Pay was similar to ours which I'll roughly outline below. Also, benefits were good if you were single; family benefits would kill your paycheck (my company charged me over $800/mo for medical/dental for a family plan; I was told that FW benes were in line with ours).
