Default Updating CV

Hey all

I applied to XO early December '07 and have since been updating monthly (still not a peep). As for updating the flight time do you guys once in a while submit a new CV to replace the originally submitted one with your time updated? On most of the "time breakdowns" I'm in in the top bracket (no bragging intended), but would still like to show my advancement time wise..

Good luck to all hopefulls..

Congrats to those who are in XOJet! What can be expected during the interview? Approach charts? FAR questions? Situation 'What if/did' ...outcome? SIM check, if so,,,,, what airport,, approaches etc.?? Group interview (CP,HR,CA)? Written test (ATP oriented? technical, FAR's, ink blot interpratation)?

ANY type of gouge is better than nothing. No,,, no interiew yet, but this is where I want to retire to from my other job of 18 years.

Does anyone know if XOJet uses Sentient to supplement their slow periods of flying?

Anyone that has an app in a XO care to post what your quals are? Hours/pic/types. etc. Just curious seems like a lot of apps in and very few getting called. Sounds like a good place.

Yes, XOJET flies for sentient. However the business model is not such that they use them to "supplement" their slow periods of flying, XOJET is a charter company, wholesale and retail. They also have program clients that own their fleet. It's not your typical fractional.

There have been several thousand resumes submited to XOJET for about 60-70 new positions this year. Next year there will be ~135-150 new positions. Because you have not got a call does not mean you are not qualified.

Pilotbum,,,when you're out on the road,,,, you're at the mercy of Sentient and their gig? My experience with them is,,,,, no rest,,,no food,,, make you sit and the day you change crews,,,, they fly you. Is this still true today?

Rest and crew meals is XOJET's operation. Sentient only charters from us.

We are not Sentient. They are nothing more than a charter customer. We call the shots. They do not. We have many charter customers and the flying is a mix of our own charter customers, brokered charter and our program clients. Does that answer your question?
