I've got the same question AND the search doesn't turn up anything recent or particularly useful. Just interested in any recent hiring/schedule/QOL info at FltOps. -Thanks-

Did you use the Google search in the upper left side of the page? I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but this is what it came up with.

I heard the FLOPs guys were looking at a raise in the near future. Is there any truth to this? If so, when are you expecting it?

things there are not good at all. I've been reading some of their posts on other forums, sounds like a horrible place to work. Even with a pay increase, I still wouldn't go there.

Geez you guys....don't believe all the bad hype unless you've been there. Yes, there is ongoing labor talks, but that's when the s*it hits the fan. They wouldn't have so many planes flying, happy owners, or flight crews flying if they weren't a decent company. Just a handful of mal-contents sounding off against the company that gives them nice equiptment to fly and food on the table. If it's SOOOOO bad, then just leave and see if life is any better on the other side of the tracks. You winers make me sick!

Have a nice day!

"Does anyone have information on Flight Options? Hiring info, QOL."

Rumor has it they are hiring 8 pilots a month starting in Jan. A phone interview, followed by a one day interview visit with simulator check. Training is for a month including a type rating (with a one year contract on the cost for the type) for your ATP. QOL- 8/7 schedule for all crews with basing at about 10 domiciles. Number of pilots are continuing to decline and the hiring will probably continue.

Thanks for all for the replies.
As for Triumph ( dude, seriously, "search" function) don’t you think people are smarter then that. Look up what dude means in a German dialect.
As GreasySideUp said; recent information is useful.
