Default netjets gulfstream

Anyone here have any info on the gulfstream side of netjets? Is it possible to get an interview without the gulfstream type or experience? Do they have the same seven on/seven off sched.

You can apply separately to NJI - Netjets International - which is the Gulfstream side. It is very competitive as you would expect. No, a Gulfstream type is not required. I know a few regional pilots who got on and they are now traveling the world in a GIV/GV. Again, it is very competitive.

NJI is a much smaller outfit, and hires separate from NJA. I've had my app w/them for a while, and no bites...even w/someone inside pushing.

"NJI Inc." minimums are 5000 hours TT with preference given to those with Gulfstream IV or V type rating. They also look for overseas international experience as well. Very competitive with under 300 pilots and over 10,000 resumes on file. (from what I've been told) Great place to work, though.

.... also, since they're now filling seats with NJA pilots, it's even more competitive for "off the street" folks.

Yes, you're right. I think 1 of 3 new hires comes from the NJA side.

Do they give credit if you have a G-1159 rating? How much international experience are they usually looking for?

Don't know about GII/GIII. I know they are interested in GIV/GV types. They used to pay a little extra for year 1 salary if you had one of those types.
