I know they had a bunch of senior guys jump ship to Netjets lately, hopefully this helps keep people around.
That is awesome for the PS group! When I started there the schedule was 6/4, which was not fun. We then got 7/7, and then 8/6. Got pay raises, then cuts, then raises again. GA has always treated pilots like liabilities vs assets, but perhaps this new pilot job market will change his mind. Nah, probably not....

7/7 for the PC-24 pilots in June. 7/7 for PC-12 Pilots at a date to be determined (my guess is sometime next fall)
PC-24 PICs will only fly the -24 only will no longer be qualified in the -12
Vacation 1 week after year 1, 2 weeks after Year 5 (or upgrade to -12 PIC Captain), 3 weeks after year 10, and 4 weeks after year 15
Higher OT PC-24 PIC $2000 per day, PC-24 FO $1500, PC-12 PIC $1200 and PC-12 FO $700
FOs will now start at $42500 instead of $38000. Higher salaries for Jet PIC and FO
Company will pay dental and Medical Premiums starting Jan 1st
Personal Days off/Sick increased from 4 to 8

No, I've been applying since December but it has been radio silence, not even a TBNT

No new hire class in April, the next class is in May, so interviews were stopped until April. Also they had a server crash which wiped out a lot of internal information. I would reapply and if you have contact information when you originally applied use it to see if the application is still valid. If you personally know a Plane Sense pilot ask him/her to check on your status.

Any idea on when the data was lost? When I log into the ADP site, it still shows my application was submitted and doesn't give me the option to reapply. I'm hoping that means my info is still there.

All I know is that some data was lost for a while but they were able to recover most, maybe all. How much we weren't told. If you can't reapply then I would say you are good, process just got delayed.

Thanks for all that tanker!

My buddy sent me a screenshot of the payscale, so here is some more details:

PC12 FO:
Year 1- $42,500
Max Year 2 - $45,000

PC12 CA:
Year 1- $65,000
Year 10 - $110,000
Year 15 - $124,455
Max Year 20 - $140,809

PC24 FO:
Year 1 - $70,000
Year 5 - $90,000
Year 10 - $115,000
Year 15 - $129,455
Max Year 20 - $145,809

PC24 CA:
Year 1 - $105,000
Year 5 - $125,000
Year 10 - $150,000
Year 15 - $175,100
Year 20 - $201,587

Note: Payscale does have increases every single year, I'm just not typing it all out here. You get the idea. Also, everybody flows through the PC12, so nobody is going to be below year 5 with the company at this point and going into the jet.

Other pay: Flight duty pay, he said as a PC12 captain earns another $800 per paycheck or so. So you can add about $15,000 or more a year. He said they also bumped up the 401k match a few months ago, match 50% up to 10% of salary.

Not sure if it was PS or other but weren’t they doing part-time crew at one point?
