At 6 months the pay becomes 38K so during the 1st year an FO will be paid a base of 36,500. This doesn’t include the pay for per diem, Duty pay (extra pay if you work over 12 hours or have under 12 hours rest), Flight pay, or any Overtime pay (for working on your day off). The Flight pay is extra pay for every leg over 5 legs and for every hour flown over 5 (starting at 5.1).

If by FAA approved SIC program you mean the OpSpec that allows FOs to log SIC on 91 legs the answer is no (although I've heard they are looking into getting the OpSpec). Currently the OpSpecs allow SIC time on 135 and 91K legs. The FOs do log the flight time on 91 legs because they fly those legs.
On a rotation (you will do 2 per month) you can get as low as 25 hours to as high as 50 hours, more during the summer and less during the winter.
As for LAS it will be like all bases in that if you live within 100 miles you will be awarded it automatically. The only difference with LAS on some rotations you will have to drive to BVU as Plane Sense is keeping 5 planes based there.

Not required but encouraged. If vaccinated they request a copy of your card, to include any boosters. The only covid requirement is that masks be worn in the Company facilities, in FBOs, and when meeting/talking with passengers.
