you're sadly generalizing and talking like the people you are describing, including yourself in that group of weirdos. I have met the flat earths at 2 regionals, I was at a regional where FO's had about 5 to 10 Captains on their no-fly list (Captains couldn't have a no fly list) including in my base at least 6 that FOs would take an occurence and call sick to avoid, or call off mid-trip. so what you describe at NetJets, from my little experience and my buddies at SW, DL, UA, B6, Giant, NK and AA, happens EVERYWHERE. There are flat earners here, there are guys who believe each and every lies spewed by Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones every days, there is everything. What would you expect out of a group of 2500 people. Imagine what you find at the airlines where there are 12000+ pilots. I have sat in the jumpsuit of the 3 legacy on a regular basis and heard as much mind-blowing conspiracy theory crap than you did at NJA.
But, you can say whatever you want, thats what forums are for

That's true. I saw some very strange pilots in the US Air Force, and at US Airways, then at NetJets. Had one Captain at NetJets who carried on about all processed food being "poison", he grew his own food at his home. Had another who just came off medical leave and seemed very distracted, had to correct him a couple of times with low airspeed and trying to land on the wrong runway at IAD. Had a USAirways Captain that talked to God, and received responses . Had another one who flew P3's in the Navy and had a fairly serious narcissistic personality disorder. But he flew OK so I didn't care. He would go to dinner with new hire F/A's and then split the bill down to the penny. He got a lot of 1st dates but very few 2nd dates. He was the only pilot in his old Navy Squadron not invited to the reunion. I think most larger operations usually have their small % of oddball pilots.

Your post has the current year 1 through year 4 First Officer pay scales. My post contains the Captain pay scales we currently have at Flexjet. We are currently upgrading in one year, so I posted the current Captain scales so you will know what your rate will be upon upgrade.

It should be an automatic disqualification to hold any professional certificate and rating, as well as being unable to hold a medical.
