Equally good advice is to log how many tuna fish sandwiches you’ve eaten while in flight.
It won’t get you the job.
Play it safe... if you’re the guy that the company called THE GUY... its your plane... you log PIC. Otherwise, you’ll look like a fool.

Also, when the chips are really down (ie family emergencies), the usual stupid goes away quickly, and the company will come through for you. I don't know how Flex handles things, but if one of us calls the flight center and says "I have an emergency at home and need to go home NOW", they won't screw around with you and you'll be on the way.
If you want a quick upgrade, NJA aint the place. At least not until the Q-Tips move along and retire. But if I were looking for one place to come and stay and for some crazy reason didn't want to go 121, I'd go NJA over Flex.

We have our share of Richard Heads, no doubt. Also, I'm not exactly "Mr. NetJets", but this is a better place to be in terms of stability, pay, and benefits.

The first time I heard the comment was in “Me, Myself and Irene” where they referred to a fair skinned, white- haired (albino almost)male as “Q-Tip”.
Pretty sure he’s just throwing shade at the white haired old man....I’m just the translator though
