Jacks base pay is $247k, now say on thanksgiving the airline home was scheduled to get him back to his home base airport at 2200 on his 7th day, but wx delays cause his flight to block in at 0001 on the 8th day.. theres another $3,900. .. say that happens again on christmas eve.. so he gets another $3,900. now he is up to $255k.. and say 5 hours of OT each month of 8 months, thats 163 bucks an hour.. another $6500. , and fdp maybe 15 hours a tour say 10 tours that year.. thats $2,200. each tour.. totaling $22,000 more.. $283,000. for the year.. forgot about 5 holidays at $2,000 a piece, another $10,000., $293,000. for the year.
edit, I believe since he was not sceduled to work Christmas day and the wx delay caused his airline to get in at 0001 on Christmas day.. thats another holiday at $2,000. on top of the $3,900. they owe him for not getting him home by midnight Christmas Eve, $295,000. total.

Pretty sure the very first sentence he says base pay and then attatched a jpeg with the base salary chart. Trying to see where he claims as a new captain you will be making piles of cash. Maybe I missed it.
