No plans to do a sim prep at this time. I just got done with the 737 type so I feel pretty good on the flying part and the profiles are pretty much the same. I was suprised to see that most of the calls were the same also.

Any of you Captains at ANA, have any idea what are the competitive hours for Cap position?

Will they consider you the 3000 pic?

If you are going for DEC(AJV), plan to wait a while for a class date. I interviewed in October and it looks like my next chance for a class date will be July.

I guess I was wrong. I just got a call for the May class as a DEC.

For you U.S. guys working with PARC, any recommendations on medical insurance for the family until PARC gets something going?

Hi!

The only practical way to get decent medical care is, if you don't qualify for Medicaid, to try and have your CEO get a job with decent med insurance (actually, from my experience, NONE of it is decent...you get a choice of lots of CRAPPY insurance companies who's only goal is to deprive you of your promised care so they can make more money).

I am SO fed up, I am in favor of ANY kind of nationalized health care system. Call it Commie or Socialist, I don't care! ANYTHING would be better than what we have: For the ENORMOUS amount of money we spend, we get the shaft.

Ditto........I have a 2 month old in the hosp. right now.....cant wait to see the bills.....

On a side note, if you are getting your type rating in the 76 on a JCAB license, how do you transfer that over to your FAA license?
