ANA JP Express or Air Japan??

Just to clarify, the PARC email states that
"...There is now a choice of a monthly “C” class return ticket between home of record and Tokyo OR an air transportation allowance of USD 2,000 per month pro rata which will be payable to each crewmember towards the cost of commuting to operating base..."
Do I read correctly that the business class ticket is ONLY to return from home to Tokyo? Or does return mean round trip? Big difference... just want to make sure I'm reading and understanding it right, because it appears that if the pilot opts for the C class ticket, it's only one-way (back to NRT). Which would leave the pilot responsible for the going-home portion of the ticket...
Thanks.

Pay Scales?
Haven't seen anything in the last 15 pages describing pay...one of my primary concerns for leaving my current gig!!
Anyone want to share; both F/O and Capt rates?
And, if the rumor about mil-time not counting is true, then I'd best forget about this now, as the bulk of my time is military-jet-PIC...any final confirmations?

Does anyone happen to know if you pass the interview, have no medical re-tests and get the call from Dr. Craig, will they contact you if they do not intend to hire you?
It seems like a lot of time has elapsed from my interview and I don't mind being patient if I will get an offer within the next month or so, but then I got to wondering if they don't intend to hire you, do Parc or CREW contact you to let you know that you haven't been selected? Or just leave you guessing. Thanks for any input.

Don Quihote (Still Searching)
I figured my current job(s) paid the same or better. Problem is, my current (Air Force) gig will end in 18 months, and United-gig? Who knows. I'm a NASDAQ/DOW-hiccup away from being furloughed.
I'm planning for multiple cases--I find it interesting these guys are hiring when every one else is stagnant or furloughing.
So, my questions remain...any one? Buehler?

Thanks
mm:
Thank you. I didn't have CReW's web-site. PARC, IAC, Rishworth, etc, don't post the pay scales. The pay shown on CReW is actually way better than what I'm doing now or could be doing in 2 years.
Strange: F/O positions specifically exclude military time....but Capt doesn't. Well, either way, I'm out. Thanks anyway.

Based on how things have worked in the past, you "Should" be good to go.. For some reason it has been taking a LONG time for guys to get specific class dates.. For my 2 Yen worth, the next call you receive should be one offering you class dates.. Goodluck, and sorry I can't offer more info!

Bmi
how is the "BMI" issue with AJV and AJX? A-net (Q400) it is a big issue for them.
Longhauler, here's the intel I've found. I think it's the Japanese medical that drives the BMI numbers, not the particular company. This is the cut and paste from their AME manual:
4. Evaluation Precautions
Obesity is one of the significant risk factors for arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. An applicant with severe obesity with body mass index (BMI) exceeding 30 must be examined for other risk factors of cardiovascular disease and evaluated for qualification with consideration given to the risk of sudden incapacitation during flight. Also, evaluation should be made to determine whether or not the condition interferes with the controlling of the aircraft.
BMI is calculated according to the formula given below.
BMI = body weight (kg) / height (m)2
