I'm shocked they've only lost 40%.

Why not 90% with how bad its gotten combine with most other major airlines still hiring (albiet less than last year)?

Where are the guys with HK Passports and British citizenship gonna go for work? Truth is even with a 50% paycut you're still making top 0.1% money in a metropolis with one of the highest QoLs in the world, especially if you're local.

CP is hosting pilot roadshows in the USA. Curious, since it's been awhile:

1) I assume they require you to live in HK? No commuting schedules? They're not reopening US pilot bases?
2) Any sense of FO comp?
3) Any current CP pilots care to chime in and give a recent update?

Thanks.

Their pilot training program isn't working as planned. Communicate with a recruiter for further details.

Meaning their internal program isn't working? So they're hiring people with previous time?

WHY would any US pilot go there in this day and age with how bad they've treated their pilots?

This isn't 2004 anymore.
