any one had any problem trying to get of hold of them?
I been trying to call, and a busy signal, so I email them. I hope they are not out of business.
if you had any similar experience, please let me know.

Highly recommend using Sheppard Air. It was hard to get a hold of them last weekend but they called back within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail. Studied about 20 hours total over 4 days and got an 86%. Lower than I wanted but a pass is a pass.

Heads up that if one gets a busy signal just keep trying and you'll get their answering machine eventually. They're doing sign ups from 0800-2000 CDT this week and they're good about calling back so long as you leave a message during that window.

Note; there will be 10 extra questions (termed "Validation Questions") on the 121 fixed wing ATP test, for a total of 90 questions. You will likely not have seen these extra questions. The extra questions do not affect your score but are included in your time. In other words they have asked you additional questions, though have not allowed additional time. Further the validation questions are not separate from the test, they are interspersed. You might also see a few more questions you have not seen as well. The test prep companies can not realistically keep up with all the changes. Just a heads up so you don't get all wrapped around the axle when you see this. Anyone who has devoted typical study times should pass no problem. Good luck test takers! PS, Make sure you get a seat and there are discounts on the price of the test if you are an AOPA member and other discounts could apply as well, It might be worth inquiring...

I ordered the test prep yesterday after trying to get through to them for several hours and finally leaving a message. They do call you back, but it may be after they close (8pm) before they can do so.
I'm taking it on my iPad after trying it on my MacBook and I think it's much easier to study on the tablet, even though the app could use some aesthetic work. The memory items are a little tough to memorize but it's working so far. I took the Dispatch exam (same test as the ATP) 8 years ago and got a 99 after studying with Gleim, this is significantly easier as long as you follow their study technique.
Oh, and if you're thinking of waiting until the last minute, Sheppard Air is not taking any orders after July 27th (I believe that's the date) as per their recording, so if you're thinking about studying with them just go ahead and do it!

Once you order sheppard air DO NOT i repeat DO NOT update the test questions. Those questions are questions that won't count. Only study what is already in the test bank. You have 1200 questions to memorize as it is so don't bother with questions that won't count. Have fun. My brain was fried from memorizing the answers and not even reading the questions.
They said on after hours message testing centers may be maxed out too.
Good luck
