I did it back in the day. Looking back, it was one of the best experiences prior to airline life. You basically get the plane from 6p to 6a flying all night. The people I flew with were awesome. My only gripe was with scheduling, you had to stay on them to get on the schedule each day. I did 50 hours in a week. Key West at 3a was a blast! You can also hit up the Bahamas as well. We also hit all the class bravo fields for the experience too. I got a lot out of it, but I put a lot into it as well. The planes are old and you'll be hand flying needles, so be IFR proficient. I thought it was worth it for me, but with today's hiring environment, it may not help you as much as it did me at the time. Good luck and have fun.

I'm here instructing now and I did time building here about a year ago.
As Diver Driver said they are mainly doing training during the days but time builders can generally get on the schedule in the afternoons, and weekends too. There is also over 2 hours of daylight after 6pm. Most of the airplanes have 430's now and 2 have the Aspen PFD,. The aspen is pretty cool to play around with while time building. And as said the airplanes are obviously old and do break often but they have a huge maintenance facility that is very good and generally fixes them quickly, they even work on Saturdays now.
Let me know if I can help.

Just recieved the quote for 100 Time Building, its 9990 actually then the 7995 on the website.
On the bottom of there website it says
"""One month of housing is included in all 100 hour programs. Price quoted includes all sales taxes.
A $ 500.00 non-refundable deposit is required for these packages, which will be applied to your flight training account. Payment schedule will be two equal payments. """
But Apparently tax and housing is not incorporated with that price in 7995...
