He's supposed to be putting a quote together for me some time soon with a breakdown for each rating. I'd imagine it's a good thing they are moving out to KSET, 3SQ seemed like a pretty drab place. And if you don't mind me asking how do they bill you for the training? Do you just open an account and manage your own balance or do they require you pay the whole chunk at once?

I have a friend that works at Lambert who thinks he could have some pull getting me an A&P job there. Found a nice apartment in New Town which you may know is situated a few miles off the end of runways 12L, 12R and 11. I also have some family in the St. Charles area so it would be a nice area for me.
Shoot me a PM if you want a CFI up there (Im a freelancer).... but anyway - to the aero club comment, Scott worked out a deal with folks who get checked out there, due to the lack of a flight school and to benifit there own flying (it was really slow there in 08-09) they issued VERY restricted ID's to customers and CFI's (I have one) for base access to and from the entry gate, to the parking lot and on the ramp.

Any idea about Parks's productivity and quality of output now a days? They're looking for a Lead CFI according to "simplyhired.com"

There are about 80-100 students in the program depending on enrollment, and between 15-20 full-time and part-time instructors. They graduate a good enough finished product that there is still name recognition and respect in the industry (at least from my own experience) even though the program is certainly smaller than it was a few years ago. The airport (CPS - Class D) is wrapping up a series of construction projects and is a well-rounded environment for training. The program is a good atmoshpere with friendly and smart people. Plus, the benefits are extremely good. I certainly won't tell you what to do, but I'd recommend you continue looking into that posting as an option because it has it's merits.
