Default ATP: Dalls at Arlington

Hi all...

I've looked at ATP, J'ville (read what has been said about) and now I'm looking at training at ATPallas at Arlington. Does anybody have anything to say about this training facility ? I mean anything about everything/anyone.

Thanks

I went through ATL and loved it. I wish that I could have gone back there to instruct, but I wanted to live with my wife and not share a room. Most of the guys that I knew who instructed there have gone and got hired. It is not a bad place from what I have heard.

I am at ATP Dallas (Arlington) right now. Overall it's good. The instructor for the private is extremely good. I thought he was being hard on me at first, but then I realized he was teaching me to fly right....not easy. The airport is fairly busy....tower opening August 14...not sure if it will have radar or not. The planes....Skyhawks are old....Seminole's are 5 years old at the oldest.
