Conditions one wants when getting into the industry:
-wanting low paying.
-treated with disrespect and/or disregard to your QOL.
-being undercut by cheaper labor and getting furloughed.
-very long days at work.
Etc etc
If you said yes to any of these go and get your pilot liscense out of a cracker jack box and get in line.
