Selling photo's for training money?
I do alot of my flying right over top of my town, and recently at a neighborhood get together a couple of my neighbors asked me if I could take pictures of their houses... I brought a camera with me, used 45 minutes of my flight to go over my commercial manuevers and then used the last 10 minutes to take pictures. I know these people well and obviously just gave them the pictures for free, but when they mentioned they tried to pay someone to do the very same thing a few years ago it got me thinking.
How much do you think an aerial photo of a person's house is worth to the average homeowner?

My great grand mother got that done a long time ago... I forgot how much she paid for it.
I think the guy was going door to door. You could do that as well, get a little portfolio together so they can see examples of what you do. As far as pricing, well, you may have to just test to see what the market will bear. You have to figure in time, plane rental, printing costs... I doubt someone will pay hundreds of dollars for a picture, but if you can do several in one flight it may work.
I was going to do something similar for realtor once, but the advent of google earth kind of nixed that.
