ADF/NDB stuff is extremely limited. Interview you take a written exam which is pretty hard, but if you study should be no problem, oral interview you normally teach lazy 8 or chandelle and the rest is just HR questions, it was easy and laid back. Then you have a flight in the bonanza where you go do a couple maneuvers and then fly the ILS back in, typically a one hour flight. If you can maintain altitude and airspeed and fly an ILS you should be good. You are scheduled eight hours a day, but depending on your actual flight schedule you may be on call for a portion of the day. Only 2-3 students at one time. 600 dual given you would start out at 52k a year. I think you need 10 posts to PM, so get it and I can give you more info on the written exam.

I too have an interview at IFTA in a few weeks. Could you tell a little about the benefits (medical, travel, 401K) please. I know they get all these but I am not sure on the details on them. Also, does the pay go up as you gain longevity or is it all based on the amount of dual given you have? In other words, does pay max out at 56K? Any chance to move into a check airman position after some time on property? I am going to PM you for the written test gouge if you don't mind. Thanks

Dansia, if you are still watching this thread, could you send me an email at [email protected]. I'm planning on sending my resume in the next month or so and have a few additional questions. Thanks
