Anyone know if this is a good place to instruct at? The www.atca.net website doesn't give to many details regarding pay and possible housing and what not... Anyone have any experience instructing there or know of anyone that has? Any info much appreciated!

I know a few guys over there and all are happy. It is not a time building job. They expect excellence from the CFIs. They have an intense ground school program that you must pass before you even see a student. I have heard a number of recently furloughed RJ guys washed out of the training program.
Pay is good starts at $45K up to $70k. Schedule is 4 on 2 off. You get 1 weekend off every 7 weeks on this schedule. no multi-time, all single engine Beech Bonanzas.
