Default Sea plane rating

I'm thinking of getting my sea plane rating. I live in Maryland, so lots of water. Would I be able to land at any body of water once I get my rating?

Some are restricted, some are privately owned, some are not suitable for the aircraft you'll be flying. Most of them you can, though.
