Only you can answer the question of whether something is worth it. However, let me just say that you are only 26 years old, old enough to leave your parents and brothers for a few years in order to find out for yourself if you have what it takes. If things work out, then great. But if things blow up, you can be sure your family will welcome you back in a heartbeat. Since I am not employed by any airline, I cannot say whether someone from Israel can ever sit on the left or right seat, but I'm sure many others will weigh in soon. Intuitively, I cannot imagine that won't be possible. Good luck in whatever you decide.
