Falcon Aviation Academy

Does anyone have any input on this "free" cfi program? Or even working/training at Falcon Aviation? I'm looking to obtain my CFI ratings and wouldn't mind donating my time in exchange for zero tuition and free housing!

I am also looking for first hand and recent feedback about the company.
Looking at recent reviews from CFIs on Indeed and other websites, it appears the company went through a lot of changes at the Management level... Not all for the better it seems.
However, I did talk to a CFI who currently works there and he seems happy with his situation. FFC is dedicated to Domestic students, while CCO handles International (mostly Chinese students). He mentioned lots of hours on both sides (100+ hours per month is feasible).
The 700-hour commitment program for CFI/CFII is intact. Pay starts at $20 and goes up incrementally to $30 with additional ratings, gold seal, time with the company, etc. There is also a $500 "bonus" for each 100 hours of dual given, up to $2,500 I believe.

I received an email response from Teresa about the CFI program. She stated that it was only a contract for CFI now. They would review your contract upon completion and possibly offer the CFII/MEI contract later. She said last week that we'd have a phone interview but I have not heard back from her. I'm wondering if just the CFI contract is still 700 hours? That would seem a bit much to me.
The housing thing was another important part for me. If they offer housing for the 28 days, a guy could live reasonably cheap while in training. Once the CFI is completed you could then afford to rent. As soon as I hear back from her I will update you with any details I gather.

Thanks - yes please share any update on this thread.
I am already a CFI part-timing in the ATL area but am definitely interested in joining the company to fast track my way to 121. Thinking about submitting my resume in the coming weeks.
