Update for Flexjet Applicants
I heard through the proverbial grapevine that all resumes received prior to August 1 have been....."recycled". This includes those with an in-house referral.
I am not sure when hiring will resume in earnest - but to be considered it sounds like you need to resubmit if you are interested in future consideration.

If you applied to Flex through the Bombardier Website,, well, I don't know what to tell you. I don't think those apps get to Richardson TX at all.
I, like many others, sent our resumes directly to Texas. Matter of fact, I, like a few others here, actually got "rejected" letters from the Bombardier site, months after we were trained and on line!!
Word of mouth and personal recomendations seem to be the only way to get in the door. Worked for me.
Best of luck

Like everyone says, the FlexJet site sends you to the Bombardier site.
Is that because they are not hiring?
Is the Bombardier site the way to apply now?
Are they so back logged with Apps. that they are not accepting new apps.?
Thanks.

Not sure of the answer.
A couple of months ago, we got an email from Karen asking us not to send in any more referals. Seems with the slowing of the economy and such Flex was not going to interview and hire for the forseeable future. Few are leaving, and growth has slown a bit. No arguement there, at least there are no talk of layoffs!
The rumor at the Pickle Bar ( where all things are discussed and considered gospel) is that it will start back up at years end.
I still don't believe anything comes from the Bombardier Employment site. The only way to get in the door is directly to Richardson, and with a good internal rec. I suspect that without an internal pat on the back, there are just too many quality resumes to sift through.
^^^But, that is only my opinion.^^^
