Default Bombardier Learjet vs Flexjet

I am trying to get some info on Bombardier Learjet. I don't think they are a part of Flexjet. Who are they, and how many pilots fly for them? Bases? I am guesing Dallas. Are they the charter side of Bombardier? They will be at the next AirInc job fair.

Bombardier Learjet is the subsidary of Bombardier that manufactures (and sells) the Learjet line of aircraft.

I guess everyone is different. From what I read, the 757 and G-V seem to be very popular.

I like the Challenger 300.....that is one sexy machine

One of my favorite momemts flying the LJ35 was taking off on a cool fall morning, getting an unrestricted climb to 10,000 ft, holding the brakes, watching the engines spool up, popping the brakes, watching the airspeed needle race by 60...80...100..110, lifting off the deck, pushing the nose over to keep it at about 20 ft, get the gear and flaps, seeing the airspeed race towards 270 kias, "Here we GO!", pitch for a constant 250 kias and peg the VVI......

Brake release to 10,000 ft in 1min 6sec!

I'll never forget that morning!

Yeah, we were empty. But there would be times when people would want a fun "ride" and we yank and bank it a little for them.

Fun times!

My first was in the Lear 20's. Asside from the fact that I can't fit in the stupid thing, it has an insane climb empty compared to the 35A and the "hog" 55 I fly now!

Another "Disneylander" heard from. Didn't get too many "E tickets" in the ticket booklets, as I recall.
