[QUOTE=followingdreams;3815736]so you can’t access them on your electronic device that you are using now? If by public you are referring to this site I think we have seen that the info is not correct. I will wait. See if you get around to that…hombre.

[QUOTE=Deserthusker;3815740]The numbers given on this site are outdated, nor are they wholly inclusive as they don't include ILC. If you google "Flexjet Pay Scale" you'll get a result that links to an r/flying post titled "Semi Official Flexjet Pay Rates" which is accurate. I'm assuming that's what he's defining as public knowledge and available. Highlights include: Year 1 SIC pay going from $513 to $751, a sizable increase of 46.393%, year 5 Phenom CA going from $732 to $830, a 13.388% increase, year 10 DRL Captain from $988 to $1078, a 9.109%, to the top end DRL (Year 18) going from $1276 to $1303, a whopping increase of $27/day or a 2.115% increase; year 1 ILC going from $180000 to $184000, a 2.222% increase, to top end ILC (Year 20+) going from $237000 to $241000 a year, or a 1.687% increase. An absolute slap in the face for tenured pilots, and anyone flying a Gulfstream for already well below market rates.

Yeah. He had said I hadn’t posted any numbers but he would if I did. I posted numbers…and he can’t find the time to post his.

Im an almost 12 year employee with a company and been flying medivac helicopters for 10 years and im planning on making the switch to fixed wing in a year or so. Ive been eyeing both Flex and NJ. I have to say that it doesn't matter where I go, I'll be making much better money with much better benifits. Thats a win win for me. The downside is i'll be away from home while ive been used to going home and seeing my family at least for a couple hours daily. You guys mentioned how Flex has ignored the more senior ranks, where I currently work has done the same. New hires getting started at step 6 with a $50-75k sign on bonus(stuck for 3 years), while there are a ton of pilots that have been with the company 6-8 years that just got to step 6 because we didn't get our step raises every year like we were told when we hired on and they aren't getting the sign on bonus. Also the step raises get smaller as they go up and top out at 25. If you are a step 25, they cut you a check for like $1700 minus taxes. This year my step raise was $2k. Our insurance is expensive and our 401k went from a 200% of 3% match or equal to 6% to 3% and you have to contribute 6% to get the match. While I love my job and have great people to work with, Im so sick of flying nights and the added risk of off airport night landings. Oh and check this out, we have a union, you can be a member if you want to or you don't have to be but you are covered by the union. The union is basically nonexistant. We are in self help mode. We have no bargining power and the company can change the rules of the green book! Isn't that a joke! We have tried for many years to get membership up to 51% +1 to be able to have bargining power again but we can't get anywhere close. I know you guys have room for improvement, but man either place sounds better financially for me in the long run.
