Talking Praetor vs Phenom vs Challenger

I'm thinking about joining you all at FlexJet. I wonder if you can give me your opinions about the equipment? How do you like flying Phenom without auto throttles? Is one aircraft more comfortable or challeging to fly then the others? Any input or facts about each would be appreciated!

Just moved to the Praetor after flying the Phenom for about 17 months. No reason to have auto throttles on the Phenom. Having them on the Praetor is a new experience for me and I'm not sure how much I'll use them. Equipment is well kept on the maintenance side. Phenom is a simple aircraft to fly, Praetor even more so. Haven't done anything on the Challenger. Praetor is much much much more comfortable than the Phenom.

You don't initally have a choice of which one you get, so you just roll the dice.

I flew the Phenom at NetJets for several years. Very easy to fly. I remember my 1st landing and thinking "this thing is easy". Climbs very well. I did miss autothrottles but not a big deal. At NJA I flew the Citation Ultra, Encore, Hawker 400XP (aka Beechjet) and then the Phenom. The Phenom was by far my favorite.
