Default Pay rates

Hi BGBMX911,

Thanks for the info on the health insurance.

I have searched online and can't locate the new pay scales anywhere.
Could you please PM the new rates?

Thanks!

QUOTE=BGBMX911;3775659]I believe our new payscales are published and available now. If you can't find them, I'm sure one of us could send it over to you. Even though the majors are slowing hiring (for now) NJ is working out their TA so I still expect further adjustments later this year. Nothing is guaranteed, but Flex has commited to being competetive with majors as well as NJ so we will see what happens.

Health benefits are primarily through United Healthcare and very good. I pay just under $200/month for my entire family for the top plan. Previously, before I came to Flex we were on my wife's Fed plan through the USPS paying just under $400/month with less benefits and higher deductible and out of pocket. So comparetively, for me I feel it's a good plan.[/QUOTE]

FO:
Y1 is a daily rate of: $751, Y2+ is: $785

PBS (Phenom) CA:
Y1: $751, Y2: $816, Y3: $820, Y4: $825, Y5: $830 and goes up to Y18: $1,100.

DRL (CL300, EMB545) CA:
Y1: $784, Y2: $853, Y3: $925, Y4: $933, Y5: $940 and goes up to Y18: $1303.

All of the above is done at a daily rate. Multiply the numbers you see by days you work to get your salary. Don't expect anything on top of that and you'll be happy. The bonus structure allows for potential bonuses of: FO: 10%; PBS CA: 15%; DRL CA: 20%. The metrics to qualify for those bonuses are opaque and you have zero control over whether or not you'll meet them.

ILC is a whole other kettle of fish, as they say. Salaried starting at $188,000 and goes up from there with the potential of a 35% bonus.

Two questions for Flexjet Pilots: 1. Did the new payraise rates take place today (01 Apr 24- Phase 1)? 2. If someone wants just a 8*7 or 7*7 schedule, what would be their daily rate be? Not interested in the PBS schedule right now but am interested in applying. Need a ball park salary to give it a good "sniff". I saw the brochure from 2022 that had base pay for year 1 &2 at $56,459. Would need more than that to leave where I'm at. Thanks.

$751/day worked. That includes travel days for SIC.

With the new raise you'll be around $175k or more after a full year of SIC duty. Mine last year on the old rate was $143k and I really didn't try to work that hard. Granted the PBS schedule is terrible so they worked me more than I wanted to work.

Looking to interview with Flexjet.

I have seen at least two posts here that indicate the new hire / year one pay rate is $751/day.

I have conflicting information that the actual year one rate for SIC's is $725/day.

Could someone please verify this for me?

Thx!!
