FlexJet new hire salary

The presentation today at the aero crew news expo mentioned a few things I was hoping to get clarified here:
1. First year pay of $100+. How do they break that down?
2. They mentioned 4,5,6,7,8 day schedule option. Is that something you can chose? Or are you assigned a given length of trip?
3. Upgrade is under 2 years. Is that happening?
Also just looking for an overall opinion of the operation and quality of life on the road. Are you really humping it? Flying long days back side of clock? Is the equipment nice and a joy to fly?
Thanks

$88k base, $4k fuel bonus, $8k per diem gives you the $102k

It's a bid system, you bid your lines you'd like. It's easy to bid what you want when you understand the PITA system.
3. Upgrade is under 2 years. Is that happening? Yes. Guy just upgraded at 360 days in.

It's like most fractionals, changing schedules, trips, etc. Stay in nice hotels. Meals provided. You will get min-rested here. It's not a matter of if, rather when. No shame in that game. Overall, it's a good place with good people, great benefits, and good equipment
Thanks

It was a really well put together presentation.
Do you really get a company credit card that you can use to eat steak and lobster every day plus the catering meals?

Yes. You can order whatever you want from catering. I know some who order Shrimp Cocktail, Seared Salmon/Tuna for their 'Dinner' Crew meal. When in the NE, a lot order lobster rolls for lunch crew meals and such. They tell you to not be stupid with regards to the company card and crew meals. I usually spend $100 or less. Rarely unless I'm in Vegas/Aspen/etc.. do I go over. You can eat "steak and lobster" for that if that's your thing. Thing is, if you are smart with it, you'll never get a call from the office about it. One of the guys on the CL was averaging $150+ a night and got a call. Most frequent Ruths, Morton's, or some other local good place.
