But at NetJets there is a "no questions asked" fatigue policy. I used it about once a month and never got any pushback.

Have not heard of any senior Captains leaving for Netjets. That would make no sense whatsoever with a $270K+ pay rate. Of course, Flex can't compete with legacy airlines.

Fatigue policy is not a big deal at Flex either. Just need to fill out out an informational report at some point. Usually can be handled by telling dispatch the night before with no paperwork required.

Netjets retirement is better too, but is that enough to make senior guys leave? Or is the churn at the bottom?
if what management said is true that most attrition is occurring with pilots with less than 5 years on property, then we can assume there’s junior captains with up to 3.5 years as PIC jumping ship. Specially if I can be an SIC at NJ and make more money than a FJ PIC with less responsibilities thanks to FDP.

You’re not wrong but what about “when/if” NJ gets properly staffed that FDP bucket will dry up, I think FJ makes more via hard pay and then NJ comes in strong on the soft pay. Talked with friends at FJ and NJ. At the same table and that was what they agreed on. Question is what if any 401k changes will be…?

Will anyone share how the pay periods work? What dates are included on each paycheck? I should know this, but I don’t 😌

1st to the 15th and 15th to end of the month. Total days on the calendar divided by 2 paid evenly between the two checks. Any extra pay (added days, overtime, PTO) is reconciled on the next months 15th paycheck.

Are the FJ APC rates all accurate? The rates you mention above are updated, however the CL300 CA rates are even lower than Phenom FO rates…??

Ignore the CL300 rates. The one listed for the CL350 is for the Challengers and Legacy. Phenom rates and SIC rates are correct.
