5-6 months, but training is ramping up now.

congrats! Did you have anything special that pushed you over the edge for an interview? I don’t have a pe and I hope that’s not holding me back

Thanks! Nothing special - I believe I've had my app in for over a year. Tried to update once a month. No PE's, so there is hope!

What was your availability? Is FedEx asking folks months out, close to their avail, or after avail date. Thanks.

Spectre or anyone else that’s recently been invited for interview: how much flexibility did they offer on interview dates? I’m in a family situation where I absolutely can’t interview for at least two months. I would obviously prefer not to deactivate my app, even temporarily, so I’m trying to understand what my options will be if I get an invite.

Thank you in advance!

They typically offer interview dates 3, 4, and 5 weeks out. But I’m sure they could accommodate your situation. Leave it Active.

Anyone know how far out they will offer an interview for a retiring mil guy? So if his finish date is July when would they be looking at them for an interview?

there is no way to tell. I’m retiring military and had my availability date last dec. no calls yet. I feel like it’s more luck than anything

Does FedEx still not offer hotels for new hires during training?

They now offer hotel for Basic Indoc, but you’re on your own for systems and sims
