I don't even think it's a case of loose language. It's clear and easy to read, and The Company appears to be complying with it.

I would compare it to a used car salesman telling us the 1970 Plymouth Duster has a V-8 when it really has a Slant-6. Too many agreed to the sale without even opening the hood, while others who did open the hood couldn't tell the difference. Oh, and what's with that third pedal?
