One caveat from my previous post- the Tropo shirts are made from that "stretchy" material, and hence the lack of ironing need. You can iron them, and they don't look as pressed as a normal shirt, but that's minimal to me. I iron them every once in a while. So, I can't speak for the Cirrus or other Cut Above shirts...

My reply ... "If we're both wearing parkas then we're not in the cockpit and it doesn't matter who the Captain is!" He didn't seem to like that answer.
We don't have passengers ... Personally, I'd prefer blue dockers and FedEx logo polo shirts! It seems easy and cheap (and washable)!
It's interesting to me that Management didn't ask for input on this? I guess if they wanted my opinion they would ask!*?

If you're the CA, the other guy must be the FO, or vice versa.
If you salute first, you must be the FO.

No wool coat? Thanks, I'll have to make my walk around go faster.
And the new vendor sucks. Cheap crap made in China. The pants are uncomfortable, and look like I should be repairing a transmission, not flying an airplane.
Very disappointed. I'll buy my own stuff.

M&H sells merchandise on FedEx property -- somebody's back is getting scratched. Their shirts are junk. Need a voucher to buy Landerwood? Yeah, right, I'm sure M&H will be happy to give you one of those instead of selling their own junk.
What does a guy do for a rain coat in warm weather?
The paragraph I missed would have begun with, "After extensive testing and research and with collaboration and approval of ALPA's Uniform Committee... "
Makes me wonder what important thing they're trying to distract us from. Oh, but there's free pizza and lanyards on Thursday!
