These two codes are drop codes. Generally long term MLA would have you bid pay only. Thus, you shouldn't have any removal codes after the first month.

USERRA requires the company to promptly reemploy the MLA pilot on return. The definition of promptly depends on how long you were gone and could be zero hours for short term MLA to a max of two weeks if you're gone over 180 days. The company must pay you regardless of whether or not they have you in a requal class or not.
