Loss of Hotel After Duty in Critical Period
If this TA passes, we lose having a hotel room after duty in the critical period. The company will now be able to deadhead you without rest after flying in the critical period.
Reference deletions of Section 25, Scheduling, Appendix X, Hard Parameters, Domestic, deletion of #5.
WHY would you vote for that?

It is so bizarre that we are even debating whether this should pass or not, and that it will be as close as it appears it will... insane. Guys/gals willing to trade their long term health and well being for a few more dollars.

Q: Hard Parameters Domestic #6? This deletion is a concession. So they can schedule a 4 hour wait for a flight, extend the duty day and get you back to base with no time limit after you have been flying at night all week? Please explain how this is good for the pilots QOL.
A: Hard parameter 6 has been deleted since it was not needed because it is already in Section 12.C.3.d (pg. 218)

Just one more thread started by a "proponent of hysteria" with completely inaccurate (or misunderstood) information. And when they are shown to be wrong...no admission of stupidity on their part. They just move on to start another thread based on their misconceptions.
