Simple. I agree with some...I disagree with some. I've got nothing to hide. Too many people like to talk big but in reality they are frightened little school girls. If you really believe what you say...own it.

I'll tell you exactly who I am, to a point. I am a 96 hire WB Anc Capt. I have been fortunate to get hired at a company that was considered crap by the majors. Ever sit in a bar in Narita and be talked down to by DL or UAL guys, been there. We have gotten somewhere because of our unity. We have gotten somewhere because of 911 and the bankruptcy that the other airlines have gone through.

But our company throws us this joke of a TA. A line in the sand. Am I supposed to believe that? The company lies. Our leadership is lacking if they believe what the company tells the. And, I get the rhetoric time and again that we can't question or NC or MEC? I get tired of the, "These guys have worked so hard, you volunteer if you can do better line". These guys are supposed to produce results. If fatigue is the reason that we don't have a better TA then replace the guys doing the negotiating. OMG Did I actually say ask for someone new? Yes.
