Could be, this paragraph is essentially unchanged:
The Company will pay the first $401.08 per month ($4,813 annually) of the total projected cost of health coverage for each Pre-Medicare eligible retired pilot and the same amount for each eligible spouse and the same amount for each eligible surviving spouse (i.e., the Company’s fiscal 1993 per capita cap is maintained). The remainder of the total projected cost for each pilot and for each spouse will be paid by the covered individual, either from the assets in the individual’s Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), or if administratively feasible, the individual’s Health Savings Account (HSA), if any, or from the individual’s other assets.
Maybe I misremembered the 18k from the roadshow.

The NC says that in 2016 we are paying about 13% of the health care cost. The Buy up plan with Employee+spouse is going to be 196.61/mo. Which if you do the math comes out to $18,148. Ok...I'll buy that.
But, the retiree's premiums for the same plan this year, 2015, are $13,728. Add, the capped(since the 1999 contract) company's contribution of $4,813 for the retiree and $4,813 for his spouse...The total premium would be $23,354.
Who's paying the other $5,206/yr for the working pilot? Or whose numbers aren't right?

Latest NC update:
"The purpose of this article is to relate how some of the TA changes in scheduling sections may affect your monthly schedules".
I thought they might actually gives us some breakdowns, pluses and minuses, and provide specific trip examples. Instead they put more lipstick on the pig and only pointed out the good things, giving us one more sales pitch IMO to garner more votes.
I have lost respect.

They are not selling PBS. PBS is a pejorative and is simply unacceptable compared to the traditional bidding process we use of bidding Lines, VTO, and Reserve.
With our without this TA, our traditional bidding will remain and PBS is simply not a player. With or without this TA, there are no Restrictions to the software FedEx mgt uses.
The only involvement we have in choosing software is WITH this TA, where both ALPA and Mgt have to be in agreement or the VTO process reverts to status quo

Bottom line is we allowed the company to create more PBS lines with this TA and gave up the protection of trips first.
