We didn't get a B fund until 1999. I don't think FS had addressed the crew force since about 1992. Oh wait, he was there for the 'Fall of the Flight Management Wall' ceremony.
There was no combined purple/silver pilot meeting one year prior to B fund inception. At that time the only way FS communicated to the pilots was via Red Letter.

Great post Brad!!! Thanks for having the courage to speak up and provide some much needed leadership to the crew force. It's up to us to each do our part to spread the word so guys can cast informed votes.

Yep. An acronym said contemptuously to folks soon to retire, who might vote yes for their own interests, as opposed to voting no for someone elses. Kind of an odd way to attempt to get someone to give up many tens of thousands of dollars for others---attack them with disrespect. Any soon to be retired pilots won over by this argument, here?
