That's the part that allows the company to take away a hotel room.

There are no restrictions on our fellow pilots screwing us.

And then you'll see the published turn times conveniently change. They do it all the time.

Read it again very closely. That only applies to folks with intermediate stops (i.e. MEM based doing Indy turns). It does not apply to folks who are between trips in their domicile (no matter the length of the break between trips). So your between-trips sleep room goes to a non-domicile pilot on an intermediate stop and wallah-- no sleep room for you!

Where does it say they are going to accommodate all hub-turning pilots?

Worse, if the intermediate stop is in MEM, you are stuck at the hub day, night and critical periods.

Good point so this TA does not make a RCH worth of difference.

This TA does make a difference.

Current rules: (but hard to enforce) if you have a hotel in Indy you are not allowed to use the sleep rooms.

TA: you can CANCEL your hotel room, collect $35 into your deviation bank and take a sleep room from someone that does not have a hotel room!

Right. So no change, except that the one-ways get $35 to screw their buddies. But, they were going to that anyhow, for free.

Not necessarily. The company has asked that people not use the sleep rooms when they have been given a hotel room, so I doubt that many people are using them now, when they're not supposed to. With the TA, it appears that not only will the company be encouraging people to use the sleep rooms instead of the hotel rooms, they will be paying people to do so. Unless there's a restriction in there somewhere about this.
