They dont tell us but I think you nailed it with 75/76 time. They said the window could close at the end of May, never up never in.

Has anyone been hired at FedEx without a 4 year degree?

Seriously though, if you want a job at any major carrier you will need a 4 year degree. Will that make you a better pilot? No, but it will make you a richer one. Good luck

Meet one Hispanic FredEx captain a few years ago who would bragg about not having a 4 year degree. He was connected so if that's not you I would get the bachelors and be damn with everything else!

Rumor mill says one of our (now retired) women Check Airmen didn't have a college degree?

The reason I say "rumor mill" is because I never heard that from anyone at FedEx. I once had on offline jumpseater who claimed to be "old friends" with her at a previous employer.

He said that she said she thinks she's done great for not having a degree. But ... like the previous example ... another "connected" minority back in the 70's ...

So basically, if you've been hired in the last 30 years or so, you've needed a college degree.

If you don't have a bachelor's degree apparently they will accept a degree from the University of Alabama in a pinch...

....or Auburn if you couldn't get into Alabama.
