There wasn't anything that specifically said to send documents asap, but the email did state to sign, scan and email to KD. I had read someones post that recommended emailing the documents sooner rather than later, but that may have just been their opinion.

To clarify that is a requirement at Indoc, so he’d already have his CJO and have made his decision to either stay at his current employer or give his notice and come to FedEx. His concern is his company finding out before he gets a CJO from FedEx.

One of the guys from our interview group said he actually asked that question and was told PRIA wasn’t sent until the CJO was offered and accepted.

I would recommend sending Kim an email to let her know you will need to give your company two-weeks notice if an official offer is extended. I did this and it was fine with FedEx.

Wow ok, I've gone over my emails with KD a hundred times and didn't see that. Thanks for the heads up.

Quick FYI on the interview process as it has changed a bit. Day One are still the tests and this is the only day you will receive a phone call to find out if you pass/fail for Day Two. If you move on to Day Two you will not find out until ~48hrs later via email. You will then be sent a link to a FedEx website to begin your background check.

The background check takes about 5-10 days. This is probably the most painful part of the process because of the wait. If you pass that then you receive the formal CJO and on you go. If you get the MD-11 you will find out in the formal CJO email, if you do not receive the MD-11 you will bid for it.

My understanding is that this is a recent change and it may change again but this is what I just went through and start on 6 Nov.

Does anyone have info on credentials of FedEx new hires? 1000TPIC is required but what is actually competitive? Does someone with a handful of years at regional stand a chance?

1,000 is desired, but not required.

According to the System Chief Pilot, the average is in the 1500-2500 TPIC range.

Yes. When I was interviewing at the end of Sept, April said that FedEx is going to keep hiring going in the winter months when they normally slow down hiring. My understanding is at 70 a month from here on out. I stand corrected and subject to changes
