No one will be able to answer that bud, sorry. Not how many are in the pool, etc. We have no access to that info.

I got the same "we're looking into it" email yesterday. Anyone hear back yet? I notice on the bottom of the "Profile Summary" page it says "The status of your profile is Complete", even with the red X. If I purposely revert to an X in any other section, it goes back to "Incomplete".

I've been staring at that page so long I noticed a typo at the top - "FedEx Experiance" - that means we get one freebie in the app, right?
