I saw the recent posting for "Flight Training Instructor" as well. Back door?

Thanks for posting this Raptor. I have been waiting for it to open again. Great news.

[QUOTE=155mm;2038245]I saw the recent posting for "Flight Training Instructor" as well. Back door?[/

I have heard there are instructors that didn't make it through interviews and others they won't even interview.

That is a true statement, within the last year.

So is the instructor position a back door or are you just restricted to training only?

It seems you go straight to Pilot Credentials to apply initially, not Fedex careers page. Is this correct? The only posting I saw on Fedex careers was the instructor job.

Sorry if this is redundant - this is my first time applying to Fedex.

Pilot Credentials is your application. No other place you need to go for a FO position.

My understanding is that you owe 2 years before you are eligible to interview for a FO position. No guarantee that you will be selected, need to pass just like the other applicants.
