Your crew bus driver must've heard the dates after the first step of the process.

I greatly appreciate the concerted effort by the Chairman, the MEC, my LEC and various other committees toward open communication with us line pilots. It does seem however, that the negotiating schedule as set forth by NMB would be of interest to us all. Just wondering why we haven't heard about it?

if we r lucky and NMB is serious we will start off negotiations 10 days a month starting early October. If not then dig in for the long wait. They already honored Company’s request to delay (you know, someone had vacation and all) for this meeting and holidays are approaching so can’t expect to work when the line holders are. We shall see. Tosi provided almost zero push last round - hope he’s a changed man this time.

I think this is a schedule to make an actual schedule. Zero negotiating will take place in these 48 hours.

Directly copied from the NC's email to us last week.

Negotiating Update 24-05
As you may be aware, on September 3 we received official notification of bargaining dates to occur September 24-26 in Memphis. We anticipate follow-on dates soon. These dates mark a significant opportunity for us to reengage at the negotiating table. "
We will see how motivated the NMB is to push an agreement, but I'm confident that our current team is a significant step up from the bozos that brought us TA2023.

I have been watching all these scorned former union guys and gals run their mouthes constantly with complete lies about what happend with TA 1.0. These people are bending the true version of events to somehow manipulate public opinion about the current MEC. Lets clarify a few things.
1. The last ditch attempt to get something to the membership under PM was not a good offer from the company. There is no chance they fixed all the massive give backs and shortcomings. No chance. So don't pretend it was all fixed and we made a mistake by pulling away from negotiations.
2. If our previous NC was so capable and deserved to stay - why did they bring us such garbage in the first place? Draw your own conclusions there folks.
3. The scope section changes were allegedly "harmless". Just ask the SM folks. If they were was so harmless, why the reluctance from the company to tighten it up to help get the TA across the finish line under PM?
4. How'd we let the company out of the pension obligation without making every pilot on the current plan whole? Literally zero meaningful gains were in TA 1.0. If you point to the pension as the big gain - I'll point to numerous work rule changes that cut our earning power so badly the penison bump became irrelevant.
Thank God we fired all these stooges on the NC. And it's also entertaining they all found each other on the SM chat where they can stew in their irrelevancy.
Thanks all.

Putting the truth out about the lies we keep seeing by people who are largely training department, LCA's, Flexes, DO's, current and former fleet captains, and former career union company symps does give great satisfaction. Yep - feels great. Thx for asking.

Easy...Easy flyer, RJ Capt. There is no company coddling conspiracies by all the groups you mention. Many in those categories have been stalwart Union members fighting for improvements for many years.

I think that MIGHT have looked a little better to the NMB.
