TonyC has been around a long time...by your rationale, he should definitely GTFO.
Yeah all that experience on the previous NC/MEC did a lot of good! Sending us a TA full of scope/QOL concessions when every other airline was making massive gains. PM was a total joke and failure. Good riddance.

Just be patient HABO. Are you “All In!” or are you not? All of the pieces are coming together in accordance with the plan. It’s going to be awesome! As soon as they find a new Chair for the Diversity and Equity position the team will be in place. The Company has no idea what they’re in for. Just give the process a chance. We have levers.

Disagree...but lets get back on topic...we are tlaking about the Scheduling Chair now. Keep up.

We are potenitally on the cusp of 4.A.2.b and c, yet we don't want someone leading that committee with experience? Come on.

The Tony ticker is cute, but my ticker started Nov ‘21. I did the math the other day and by using verrry conservative numbers, that hopefully most wouldn’t accept, I’m owed over 130k in retro. 6 months of that time was FO, all narrow body.

Just curious what your conservative numbers were?

Im sure with all of your experience and knowledge you can figure it out. Just don’t lean too much on history, or you’ll never figure it out. I believe in you!

Great timing, lets put an unqualified nut in place during the most important and consequential airline schedule change in the history of FedEx. This MEC is un-fing-hinged.

Kudos to the rest of the SIG/PSIT team for standing up!
Where is this information being sent out? I haven’t seen anything in my email?

We would be working under a new CBA right now if the previous MEC and NC didn’t perform so poorly at their jobs and do every single pilot a disservice during those years they were polishing that turd. Try harder to find something to complain about here

That won't change the culture here, sorry to break it to you.

That virtue signaling only messes with some of the FO's flow for the next guy they fly with.

Don't bring the coffee out from the ramp office either, or after a month of you flying there, they will forget to bring the coffee out to the airplane.

the vast majority of airline pilots have never heard of a SIG before.
