I suppose that means they know what a stupid fooking make up bank is too? And what "stepping to the jet" is ?

Do you have a source for this, or are you just spewing nonsense?

Which "another" SIG Chair did we get rid of?

LuckyvsGood is a company shill that only spews anti-pilot nonsense.

First of all, the NMB is savvy enough to understand we have a Scheduling Chairman, even if the acronym SIG is unique to this property.

Also, our MEC Chair is a total genius that wanted to can the SIG Chair (the one with almost 20 years of scheduling experience) and insert a complete lunatic (MEC Security, WTF?). Great timing, lets put an unqualified nut in place during the most important and consequential airline schedule change in the history of FedEx. This MEC is un-fing-hinged.

Kudos to the rest of the SIG/PSIT team for standing up!

You failed to mention that the company also changed their representation on the SIG. Will the NMB react equally?

If there is one thing we should have finally learned from TA1, and that many of us noticed very shortly after stepping onto property, is that “almost 20 years of scheduling experience” or experience for that duration at anything at FedEx is a very scary thing.

Beautifully said! I would wrap your water bottle with a paper towel if I could or still didn’t sort of thing.

I get the water for my right seat teammate. Part of my effort to change the culture.

Yeah all of that history, experience and knowledge is worthless!

We replaced everyone with people who don't know anything and it's working out beautifully for us right now!

381 days....$79,473.61

TonyC has been around a long time...by your rationale, he should definitely GTFO.

I've had a few chats with the SIG chair. Fly a lot of LAX. I haven't been impressed. Maybe he's the only one willing to do the job, I don't know.

About 6 months after the TA vote he was on our jumpseat and seemed to beleive that the only reason we had attrition was because the TA failed. That just struck me a delusional.

He's been the sig chair a long time. Even if he was the greatest thing ever occasional turn over is good.
