Oh, and they will come down to us. Don’t worry that we set a precedent that we are a third tier airline. It’s worked out for me, so it should for you too. And it’s been great beating my buddies w2‘s. While they fixed it. Now it’s fixed. . But, it will figure itself out. But how can I help the company?

You can help the company by NOT starting the APU until you receive the final NO MATTER what the temperature is inside or outside the flight deck. That is unless you have live worms in the back, then by all means, please keep them comfortable.

I am flying night hub turns, and reading your posts. I'm not that smart as it turns out.

New update from JN about the meeting with the NMB.

I can confidently assure you that we are prepared and ready to negotiate a ratifiable TA.

For the past few communications it’s interesting how the messaging has changed from getting us a “industry leading TA” to a “ratifiable TA.”

I don’t think that is by accident. Prepare to have our collective expectations managed.

As the self appointed "smartest guy in the room" Tuck, so what is the is great insight you were supposed to deliver?

I mean, its been a week or so now....so what is the SomethingBurger?

Or, are we supposed to wait until the next email from Pat? Or PM's wife. Or basically the same lawyer either way.

I mean, I don't care either way. I'm waiting on your very word, or when you log out forever. Either way, I don't give a ****.

absolutely - check out some recent block reps' messages and you'll find similar degradation. Might be good for everyone - seems like they are more in the "zone of reasonableness" - don't expect industry standard rates on the 777 or some drastic QOL improvements

Or, the point of a "ratifiable TA" is that there is an attempt to get a number of equities, and not sacrifice the careers and incomes of 15% of the pilot group.

I don't know "what" to expect. Ideally, it would be silence from the crowd who tried to argue the "zone of reasonableness" included the sacrifice of any improvement and capitulation to the company.

I'm sure they are well aware that in order to have a ratifiable TA, it will need to be industry leading or at the least industry competitive.

Organized messaging is beginning to become clear from the former MEC/NC insiders. The former ANC rep posted the same thing on JF'ers. Just to be sure I understand, you believe that asking for an A plan increase that exceeds any in airline history is reasonable but asking for industry average pay rates or QOL/work rules is unreasonable?

Yes. That’s exactly what they think, because they are delusional and lack awareness of the wants and desires of pilots way junior to them that will have to live with a co react that doesn’t protect their job or their QOL, all so a millionaire can sack a little more in their golden years.
