With the Boeing to Boeing training program in place the furlough machine will be up and operational soon with the reduced BLG's coming in October. I'm guessing 700-800 right off the bat. The end result will be around 4000 MSL pilots within a couple of years.

Why are they keeping the fleet size the same?

What a sad way to go through life. You didn’t get a small increase to the A plan when you wanted it and now you’re actively pulling for careers and lives to be destroyed.

I went through life fine until now. Total disrespect from the new pilots on the seniority list. Tell the senior old man move on. Well you know what? It's a two way street.

Be ready for a new bid, furlough then a TA you will not be able to vote on.. bahaha.

JN already trying to back peddle on all his big promises. JG also in so few words so not to expect much more out of the ne TA.

So suck it up butter cup there's a new FedEx and it looks like you will not be part of it!

will see how tough you are in a few months!

Default Please, take a big breath

Gentlemen,
I know we've all been under a lot of stress in the last year, (for one reason or another), and I get the frustration. I'M FRUSTRATED. Please try to see this from someone elses prespective without tearing each other apart, please. We are better than this!!!
Hang in there and remember who our collective fight is against.
Keeping the faith,
fbh

Yikes Max8222, you’re not wrong though! Except for the part to being on a 15k seniority list. Hiring coming to a halt everywhere including the garbage regionals. They’ll be going to truck driving school not a legacy class.

Well that terrible career mistake to pick Fedex could have been salvaged by bailing to a legacy for the last few years but now that opportunity is long gone. Big ego = big time L for the 2021-22 hires. Sure looks like the cheap subcontractors will be taking all your jobs and growth for the next few decades. That sure won’t be fun asking for LORs from Atlas pilots after they undercut you on wages.

YIKES, bought in at the top and now they’re holding the bag. Massive incoming L.

This guy booms hard.
Like white new balance, braided belt, phone clip, ticked off at younger generations, where’s my retirement, everyone else is too sensitive, kids don’t go outside anymore, sending the food back, hates self checkout hard.

Opas76, to make it through peak maybe? After that the Airbus fleet could be shelved. They already canned all the pro's in the training department. They parked the DC-10's without any forewarning back in 2007 I think.
