Most of us are still working our AM hub turns (in our home towns now thankfully after 25 years) and praying that we we will be PBGC PC3 when they distress terminate at this 'airline', even though us drones know we are not at an actual airline and never have been.
We are SURE the Tony Tough guys will solve this. 🙄 We are ATI, Kalitta, Zantop, etc.

If the offer was soooooooo great why didn't the company offer to meet and show their incredible good will by now? Oh wait, because it was another turd. No reason to delay the inevitable when all we accomplished was.....wait for it......medical freedom language. You act like we were getting somewhere.

Far enough to shine a massive spot light on the 1990's era work rules, industry lagging pay, industry lagging reserve rules, industry lagging system bidding, industry lagging recovery pay...plus more.

Industry lagging everything. Except vacation, and no PBS… so let’s overlook all the other lagging items.

Yes, our last session was February 29. The company said they needed more time to cost the latest proposals. They were told by the mediator to have thier response at the next meeting in mid March. The next day, a new block rep took office. Three days after that, the MEC voted 8-6 to request a release. The NMB cancelled all further sessions and declined to release us. We are waiting for the NMB to resume mediated negotiations.

Or, they can't unless the NMB allows it. Ask your rep. Hopefully we will be allowed to start negotiations again in September.
